Yeyang Su

Ms. Yeyang SU joined the Bionetworking Project as a PhD student at the University of Sussex in October 2012.  Ms. Su holds two master degrees in human genomics (M.S., 2009) and bioethics (M.A., 2010) respectively, and has profound research interest in the interactions between life sciences and the society.  Her previous research and work primarily focused on human genomics research, its applications and implications onto the society, and its knowledge flow between research institutions and the wider society.  In the coming years Ms. Su will scrutinize how advances in the life sciences challenge our notions of health and disease, and medicine and healthcare, and how its end-users respond to these new possibilities in the context of stem cell research and therapy.
